Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. You will always receive an order confirmation when we have received your order.

An order that has already been placed can no longer be changed. If your products have not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order. This way you can place a new order afterwards.

You can pay via the webshop with Mistercash/Bancontact, Payconiq and Visa/Mastercard. Payment by bank transfer is not possible.

You have the possibility to create an account during your order. So you can follow your order online through your account.
