Returns & Cancellation

As a consumer within the meaning of Article I.1.2° of the Economic Code, i.e. any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt and this without any motivation. Indicating the reason for the return is therefore not mandatory, but can be useful for us to improve our service and offer.

Tipsy only accepts products that are returned in the condition in which Tipsy delivered them. Products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased through our webshop. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased in physical distribution points.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products that are used, damaged or incomplete. Legal entities and other companies are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The shipping costs to return the product are always borne by the customer.

If you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal you must follow the steps below:

Let us know by e-mail ( that you wish to return your purchased product, and this within 14 days after receipt of your product. Always mention your order number so we can guarantee a quick follow-up.
All returns or exchanges must be notified to Tipsy in writing. Print out the return document that will be delivered to you by return e-mail/on our website and fill in the necessary details.
Pack your products (in original and undamaged packaging) together with the return document. Please pack the products well. If the product is damaged during the return shipment it is at your own responsibility.
You need to send the product to the following return address: 2930 Brasschaat, Bloemenlei 21. The product can not be returned to the address of physical distribution points.
Upon receipt of the returned products, we will check as soon as possible whether the product complies with the return conditions and will notify you of our decision by e-mail.
If you would like a refund you must include the IBAN & BIC number in your email ‘Notification of Return’. For the sake of completeness you should also include this information on the return document. If you are refunded, we will refund the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the returned goods. Delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned. The return costs are never refunded.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, it remains your property and you must collect the product back within two weeks after notification of refusal. If desired, we can return the product at your expense.

If you change your mind after placing an order you must notify us by phone or email stating the order number so we can make the necessary arrangements for a refund and cancellation.
