The standard shipping costs within Belgium are 7.00 euros. Delivery to other countries is not possible at the moment.
Tipsy has chosen Bpost as its shipping partner. If you order products through your account, you can track your order. You can also use the track&trace code that you will receive in the confirmation e-mail. Following your order via track&trace is only possible if you ordered via your account.
It is not possible to change the time of delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, Bpost will leave a notification with information on where you can pick up your order.
If you notice that part of your order is missing, please first check your order via the track & trace tool of Bpost. It is possible that part of your order is still on its way. If this information does not help you, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and mention your order number.
If you find any damage upon delivery, please notify us within 7 working days via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up on the problem. Please support the findings with some pictures of the damaged product.
If you have not received your order and the package can not be found via track & trace, please contact customer service via e-mail to email@example.com.
